Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing our products, and we hope to exceed your expectations with our quality and service! To ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Support Team to request a refund, exchange, or store credit.  

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a refund or exchange, please email our Customer Support Team at orders@biopureus.com and include your order number, reason for the request, and the item(s) you would like to refund or exchange. 

All item(s) must be unused, free of damage, and include their original packaging to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Any items missing their original packaging, opened, or damaged will not be accepted. All refunds and exchanges are subject to a re-packaging fee. 

Approved refunds or exchanges will be confirmed with a unique authorization number. We will not process a refund or exchange without an approved authorization number. 

Please note that any return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. BioPure is not liable for any loss, damages, or fees if your return is lost or damaged in transit. 

Once we receive the approved item(s) we will notify you of the status of your refund, exchange, or store credit within 3 business days. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your bank statement. You will receive a store credit within 7 days after we receive and process your refund or exchange. 

Please note that our 30-day refund or exchange policy does not apply to sale or discontinued items.
